If you are a Republican and a resident of Benton County, come to the caucus on

Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 7 p.m.

 Sauk Rapids-Rice High School,

1835 Osauka Road NE,

Sauk Rapids, MN 56379. 

We will first meet in a general assembly and then break out into individual precincts sessions.

If you have not attended a caucus in the past this will give you a chance to meet other like minded persons in your area. 

Here are some of the things that will take place at the caucus:

     Vote for your choice in the presidential preference poll

     Become a delegate from your precinct to the local county convention to be held on March 3rd.

     Present any resolutions that you would like to see become part of the Republican party platform.

     Sign up to become an election judge.

     Hear from some of the local elected representatives and candidates.
